The Counseling Collective

Growth Healing Connection

A thoughtfully created community for independent clinicians and the people they help.

Our Story

Healing happens best where people feel they belong

The Counseling Collective was created from a simple belief: healing happens best in spaces where people feel safe, supported, and truly belong. We envisioned more than a traditional counseling office; a welcoming community where individuals, families, and clinicians alike can find connection, compassion, and opportunities for growth.

How We Work Together

We believe healing begins the moment you feel welcomed.

Evidence-based, trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming care for pre-adolescents through adults, couples, and families.

Building on Strengths

You are more than a diagnosis. We recognize the resilience, insight, and strengths you already possess and use them as the foundation for growth.

Individualized Care

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. We tailor treatment to your unique experiences, goals, learning style, and preferences.

Trauma-Informed Practice

We understand the lasting impact trauma can have on the nervous system, relationships, identity, and daily life. Our goal is to create an environment that feels safe, respectful, and empowering.

Neurodiversity-Affirming Care

We celebrate neurodiversity and recognize that brains work in different ways. Rather than trying to “fix” differences, we help clients better understand themselves, develop practical strategies, and build lives that honor their unique strengths.
