Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next? Whether you’re a parent concerned about your child, a teen struggling to navigate life’s challenges, or a young adult finding your way through important transitions, you don’t have to do it alone.

Jacki specializes in working with preteens, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, relationship challenges, family conflict, and the many pressures that come with growing up in today’s world. She also has a passion for group therapy, creating supportive spaces where individuals can connect, learn from one another, and discover they are not alone.

Her approach is trauma-informed, relational, and thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique strengths and needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, art therapy, and other creative therapeutic interventions, Jacki helps clients build confidence, strengthen relationships, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward lasting emotional well-being.

Seeking support can feel like one of the hardest first steps, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. Jacki is committed to creating a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. She believes that healing begins with connection and considers it a privilege to walk alongside each client as they discover their own path toward growth and resilience.

A place to heal, grow, and belong.

Belonging begins here.
