Karen Bartholomew is an experienced psychotherapist who believes lasting healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit are treated as interconnected. She brings decades of clinical experience working with adults, couples, and families, creating a compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

Her work is grounded in the belief that every therapeutic journey begins with a genuine relationship. Karen understands that finding the right therapeutic fit is one of the most important predictors of successful therapy, and she is committed to building a collaborative partnership with each person she serves.

Karen draws from a wide range of evidence-based and holistic therapeutic approaches, with a particular interest in helping individuals and families heal from the effects of intergenerational trauma. Whether clients are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, grief, or longstanding emotional patterns, she provides thoughtful, individualized care that honors each person’s unique experiences and strengths.

Karen offers in-person counseling, with telehealth available after an initial in-person session.
